Process Specifications Offered:

Silchrome offer two main Everslik Coatings:

Everslik 1201 – Epoxy based thermally cured barrier coating which can be used as a base coat and has good chemical and water resistance. Widely used in the oil & gas sector in both subsea and topside applications.

Everslick 1301 – A dry film Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) based heavy duty coating. Developed for the petrochemical markets to prevent pick up, galling & seizure. Ideal for threaded components.

Manufacturing Capabilities

We offer a wide range of capabilities and can apply coatings by brush, aerosol or spray painting. These products are oven cured after application.
