What Is Everslik?

Everslik is a family of coatings and one of many branded Molybdenum Disulphide based coatings.

Everslik 1201

Everslik 1201 is an Epoxy based barrier coating. It provides excellent chemical corrosion resistance and is able to withstand chemical substances including Sulphuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Trichloroethylene, Hydrochloric Acid as well as Metylene Chloride and Skydrol 500A. It is thermally cured which increases the coating's toughness and also promotes its inherent hydrophobic properties giving it excellent water resistance. These properties make it ideal for both Offshore and Subsea Oil & Gas applications and Everslik 1201 is commonly used on components such as Valves and Fittings, Ball Joints and Pump Casings.

Everslik 1301

Everslik 1301 is dry film lubricant that was formulated for high wear and high corrosion applications. It has a high level of chemical resistance to sources which include; Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Diethanolamine, Trichloroethylene, Ethyl Alcohol as well as Jet Fuels and Hydraulic Fluids. It has a higher level of wear resistance when compared to Everslik 1201 and is especially popular as a coating on Threaded Fasteners and Jack Screws. Everslik 1301 has gained wide acceptance in the Petrochemical Industry and is also used on components such as Actuator Stems and Shafts, Impellers and even Fabrications.
