Metal Finishing Services

Powder Coating is a coating that is applied as a free flowing dry powder.

Powder Coating is applied and then cured in an oven to create a smooth film. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep it in a liquid form.

Advantages of powder coating include:

Very uniform finishes
Less hazardous waste
Thicker coatings can be applied
